Exchanges & Returns

Yes, we will happily exchange an item providing the following are met:

  • Proof of purchase is supplied;
  • Goods are in unworn/unused original condition with swing tags still attached (if applicable); and
  • Good/s are returned within 30 days of purchase;
  • If you wish to request an exchange, please use the 'Send us a message' form below.

    Don't forget to let us know your order number (if purchased online) or receipt number (if purchased at the theatre) as well as the product you would like in exchange.

    Make sure you package your return appropriately and send via registered post as we are not accountable for returned goods that are damaged or lost in transit.

    If the goods received are faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you can choose between a refund, replacement (where possible), or exchange. We will cover the cost of return and replacement shipping in the case of faulty goods or packing errors.

    Ensure you contact us within 30 days of receiving the affected item/s.

    If you have received a faulty item or there has been an error with your order, please use the 'Send us a message' form below.
